Is anyone been obsessed with losing weight? Just to watch the number go lower and lower? Like its not that you necessarily want to get smaller but just seeing the number go down just makes you feel happy somehow..

I've been losing weight due to my adrenal fatigue and I went from 135 to 105. I hate it because I'm losing muscle that I worked so hard in getting. So for me it has been upsetting (and scary). :(

be careful with that, that's how soo many eating disorders start.
