What's the best eyeliner for the waterline?

Every time I put liner on my waterline it comes off within 5 minutes. Suggestions?

I have many eyeliners to mac to drug store and some how my mom always orders avon glimmer sticks and let me tell you they stay on ALL DAY i usually put in the waterline and bellow It works better then my mac ones no lie try them

Bobbi brown long-wear pencil liner. Still stays on after a long day :)

I tried a few at the department store. And Lancôme's Le Stylo Waterproof stayed on the best. What I did to test was to draw a line on the back of my hand and rubbed at it. Le Stylo had better staying power than Mac which was kind of unexpected for me cuz Mac is like everyone's go-to brand... I was going to a rock concert and needed something that would stay on despite heat, sweat and time.
