Physicians Formula has pearlescent highlighters. They come in a few tones and are gorgeous!

I'm from Germany and I'm using the catrice prime and fine highlighting powder.
If you're not able to get some catrice stuff try out the loreal lumi magique pure light primer base :)

For a more pink finish I would suggest the Nars Multiple (Sephora) in the colour Coppacabana! You can also try High beam by Benefit (its liquid though). For a more golden finish, Nars illuminating blush in Albatross is awesome. You can also try Watts Up by Benefit which is a more champagne colour and has a creamy texture! You might also want to try Candlelight by Too Faced (sephora), which is white, it gives a subtle glow and has shimmer in it.
