You can. But it won't be as bright as when it's blonde hair.

You can, it just depends on the condition of your hair and what colour you have previously used.

I died my hair at the bottom blonde/brown. And i just buy different dyes and dye my hair then a week later i dye my hair another color. You can always be different ^_^

I've never done it, but my friend has dark hair like me does it, so yes I guess :)

You'll most likely have to apply bleach to the ends to lift some color. Whatever color you dip dye will look brighter
