I have some facial Toners and lotions with past due expiration dates also can u use hydrogen peroxide after it's expired?

I wouldn't risk it you don't know the side affects chemicals in those products might have after expiration.

I wouldn't risk it. They have these expiration dates for a reason. More often than not the ingredients won't be stable after a certain period and have aggravate the skin.
