First and foremost, what are you using to cleanse your skin and moisturize your skin. These two components may be the problem. Also, make up for ever has a duo Matt powder that is waterproof. It's skincare is not the problem this formula may be a better option, it's full coverage and it will not go anywhere.

I found the one and only foundation that stays on, no matter what -- Pro Longwear by MAC. It's amazing, I tell you! You can't get oilyer than me, every foundation I've tried so far lasted only 4 or 5 hours, but this one is amazing! Finish is quite natural and it has medium coverage... only downside, it's a bit heavy on the skin, but that's what makes it last I guess ;)

Estée Lauder double wear is great :) I find it stays on my oily skin or revlon colorstay for a drugstore brand :)

I have super oily skin as well and I've recently purchased Revlon's colorstay foundation... My favorite so far!! It literally does not budge! Also, I hear Makeup Forever mat velvet + is great for oily skin, but I've yet to try it.

I use the Make Up Forever HD foundation but I let it settle into my skin then I add Mac Mineralized skin finsh on top. Maybe you need a setting powder.

You should really consider getting a better skin care system to combat the actual problem of oily skin rather than try to find a foundation thick enough to stay on over the oil! That could easily lead to breakouts and blackheads, plus such heavy foundations won't give you a natural look. I would suggest Kiehls face products! They are most expensive, but they will work wonders for your skin if its truly that oily! Hope this helped!

Also, using a powder foundation rather than a liquid will help, and follow the foundation application with a setting powder- I suggest Bare Essentials Mineral Veils

Maybe you want to try a powder or cream foundation.

My face usually gets very oily and my make up melts off in a couple hours but I found that Goshs BB cream, along with Loreal translucent power and urban decay deslick setting spray my make up lasts quite a while longer =]
