try to use products that have natural ingredients aloe vera is real good and no ingredients that would dry out the skin(alcohol)

i have eczema and i find non pefumed products good but also you can get skin care stuff from the doctors specially for Eczema

I have eczema, and the only thing that didn't irritate even worse was medicated lotion that was prescribed by a doctor.
I also try not to put body moisturizers on my affected areas, and in the shower instead of washing where I get the majority of my breakouts with an average loufa like I use for the rest of my body, I use a smooth piece of cloth. :)

Use hydrocortisone I had eczema and the doctor gave me the prescription for it :)

We have a perscribed cream wash and E45 as a moisturiser but she seems 2 b gettin a few spots so I wanted something 2 help combat them as well!! Thanku 4 all yr advice ladies :))
