Super dry hair...help!

I made the horrible mistake of getting a perm. It caused my hair to get very thin and fried it severly. It breaks about an inch or 2 from the scalp. Any advice?

you should try ausie 3 minute miracle .ive used it on my hair when it was damaged by bleach and it really has helped my hair

Coconut oil (unrefined) works wonders to bring moisture back into your hair and protects it
