If you use a strip of lashes with adhesive glue for eye lashes. They come right off. And honestly I just go to the beauty supply for my lashes and they look just as good. And a lot cheaper too. at the beauty supply they are only like 2.99 and you get lot of different styles to choose from

They'll only damage your lashes if you don't remove them properly. Some people I know just rip them off at the end of the day, which resulted in a few of their own lashes coming off along with the fake ones too. Just make sure you are gentle when removing fake lashes and you'll be okay.
