please help! what can I do with my hair?

my hair is midlength-ish. I can't seem to do anything with it apart from wear it down and straight.
its also a little dry from the old bleach from being blonde about a year ago still growing out.
please help me do something with it :(

part your hair into four braids when it's wet and spray with a leave in conditioner leave it overnight and take out the braids in the morning it looks amazing
