I have never used this product before. If you have how good is this product and how long does it last?

surprisingly good! I used it 2 weeks ago. definitely gentle, the color is permanent, actually feels nice when you rinse it. the only con is the processing time, 30 mins...but I suppose its a small thing considering that you aren't damaging your hair. I like it and will use again.
