Maybe the classic black eyeliner and mascara will make your eyes pop..you can also try neutral colours (Less is more!) As for hairstyles, maybe you can try heatless curls like the headband curls..just get a strand of hair and twist it around the headband (try searching it up on YouTube!) Hope this helps :)

Thin liquid eyeliner on top. Curl your lashes and make them big! Top and bottom and white shimmer in your tearducts and brown in the crease with a champagne color eye shadow(:
