Hey girls. When it's bedtime, I pounce into bed without thinking twice. But lately I've been thinking I should probably start some sort of program to make sure I'm keeping my face young for as long as possible.
Any suggestions?

vitamin E is good for moisturizing & preventing aging & increasing skin endurance, it actually doesn't do anything good for scars or damaged skin, see here: http://www.paulaschoice.com/cosmetic-ingredient-dictionary/definition/antioxidants/vitamin-e
Back to your routine, it's hard to recommend one since there's little info about your skin, however there are few basic golden guidelines that are sure crucial to healthy, young skin:
1. Clean gently & thoroughly, double clean if you wear sunsreen or makeup
2. Exfoliate 1x/week, preferably with chemical exfoliant
3. Hydrate with light weight moisturizer (heavy cream is hard to penetrate)
4. Use broad spectrum sunscreen everyday.
Good luck!
