I have "Totally Toffee" from the Naturals collection and I absolutely love it! It's creamy, and slightly glossy. It seems matte in the tube, but once you put it on it has a slight shine to it, so it's not 100% matte. I think it's the perfect pinky-taupe neutral for fair-medium skin tones. I find it is a very versatile color and can go with just about any look. Perfect for everyday use, it really does moisturize. I used this lipstick during the very cold and rainy season where I live, and let me tell you my lips were extremely chapped, and this lipstick did NOT accentuate the dryness/chapped condition of my lips. It is the first lipstick that I've owned to ever do that. The lipstick isn't extremely pigmented, which I think is great, since in my opinion it is an everyday neutral. But, if you really want a higher color impact, you can use either a bit of foundation or light concealer over your lips to lighten your natural lipcolor, and put this lipstick on and it will show up stronger. The lipstick has a pleasant smell to it, somewhat like coconut and vanilla combined, but it's not too potent so I think it would be perfect for people who are sensitive to makeup/lip product smells. Overall I think it's a great lipstick in general, the formula and color are great, and it smells nice too. What more could you ask for?
