I was previously using a makeup removing balm and it wasn’t ideal for my routine. I suddenly started to have an eye irritation to it. I wanted a makeup remover to break up makeup before the shower. This is perfect. It has a light clean yet botanical scent that I enjoy. I do not have any scent sensitivity. I have blonde eyelashes and I wear a lot of mascara and eye makeup. I live in a humid climate and use waterproof mascara. I don’t have to use a lot of remover to get the job done. This size is great for travel. I will be purchasing the larger size. This will be my forever makeup remover.
A wonderful light cleansing water and removes makeup quick and easy. And I could swear my pores look smaller. I love the applicator lid on top too. Very handy.
The Klorane Floral Water Make-up Remover with Soothing Cornflower did not perform as expected for me. I have dry skin, and I need to be careful about the products I use. I wear Urban Decay 24/7 Waterline eyeliner, and this did not take it off. Also, I use Stila liquid lipsticks, and it didn't remove it either. As for mascara...No WAY! smudged it all around my eye area, without removing it. Not my best look. It worked to remove the powder products I use, but that's about it. I guess that I am still on the hunt for my Holy Grail makeup remover.
