SUUUUPER SOFT!
I have only recently been converted into the beauty sponge cult LOL, so I don’t have a ton of experience, but I have now tried quite a few different brands, types and densities of sponges, so I have a good grasp on what I like. And this gorgeous black sponge DEFINITELY takes the 1st place trophy home!!! It’s so soft and SQUISHY, and it’s very efficient at getting the makeup on. I have used it to apply all kinds of products, from liquid foundation to setting powder to blush, and she never fails me. I’m really sad I missed out on the beige sponge sister, but I am definitely buying backups of this Storm Cloud sponge!!
Love it!
I like this one best.. it's just soft enough, you can't beat the price! Super cute...🖤 I love the black too.
Slow to convert, quick to fall in love
My only experience with sponges are the traditional old school wedges from when I first started playing with makeup. It's been engrained in my makeup brain the brushes are the only way to go for a seamless blended look. Well, at 30 I learned the error of my ways after deciding on a whim to test out the Juno & Co Storm Cloud.
Used damp, no product is absorbed or wasted and the finish is beautiful, too. No texture. I prefer a more natural coverage that can I build up if needed for special events, and this baby is up for achieving all my #skingoals.
Oh also, so much faster for me than a brush!
Okay, not my favorite
The Juno & Co. Microfiber sponges are my absolute favorite. The blue ones were what got me hooked and I only use this brand now. However, this one does what it's supposed to, but doesn't function (and isn't supposed to) how my tried and true does. The blue one gives me full coverage, while this one is more natural. I don't regret purchasing, but I won't be reaching for it often. You also can't beat the price of these.
