Long-lasting & non-irritating eye primer

As someone with fairly oily and sensitive eyelids, I've always been in search for the best eye primer. It's sometimes a hard balance to find a primer that doesn't dry out in a few months like the Laura Mercier primer, or ones that cause burning and irritation like the ABH primer.

The Hourglass primer is perhaps the first one that has hit that sweet spot of providing long-lasting coverage while also being gentle on my eyes both on application and removal. It's a mousse-like formula, but not too thick as to weight down your eyelids. You can also build it rather nicely if you feel you've put on too thin a layer, it doesn't clump or pill if you try to add more. I've gone roughly 12 hours with this on and even took a nap with my eyeshadow on (not my finest moment) and this barely smudged at the end of the day.

While knowing Hourglass I doubt this will happen, I do think it would be nice if they came out with more shades of this or different tints to fit more skin tones. I do think this formula provides enough pigment and isn't so stark white that I would still recommend it to those of deeper skintones than myself, and I'd highly recommend if you're in the look for a gentle, yet long lasting eye primer.
