Effective product, defective pump
This is my new favorite eye makeup remover. It doesn’t sting my eyes like most other removers, and it gets everything very quickly, no rubbing. But the pump doesn’t work at all. I have to open the bottle each use.

Does the job
This does a really good job of removing her cream colours but it is not anything special: I managed to get everything off with my Drunk Elephant face wash! It's useful to me for correcting mistakes upon application, but not to remove eyeshadow completely from my lid as it did sting a little when I first used it.
