Super strong rose fragrance but fades quickly. Brightening. Not cakey if applied lightly. Very pretty packaging. I think I still prefer my Givenchy and Westman Atelier, but it’s a lovely powder.

Better than all the rest!

I may be an anomaly but I don’t love any of my Sonia G or Wayne Goss brushes.

The Z series line is worth every penny and I like it so much I want backups. I don’t even wear a lot of makeup, but putting it on with these particular brushes elevates the experience beyond. Just spend the money on Chikuhudo.

Gorgeous Wash

These are just as beautiful as the blushes. I own so many Surratt powder products because nothing else compares and they last! However, these are a beautiful wash of color. If you are expecting lots of pigment, this is not for you.

A decent brush.

I didn’t end up keeping this brush because I was so in love with my Chikuhodo when they arrived that I went back for backups. However, for cream/gel products and a very tight line this would probably work better. It’s the same short size which I like and the brush felt well made. It isn’t super soft intentionally. Not a brush I personally need for what I was trying to achieve, but I would purchase others from the same set.

This brush is phenomenal. I want to purchase another simply bc I can’t live without it. The softest most amazing brush in my collection.

Good for a Specific Purpose

This brush has great ratings, but I personally don’t reach for it that often because it’s quite stiff and not very soft on my face. However, it does work very well for baked gel products like the Sisley and Chantecaille bronzers. I had a really hard time using those products, especially as they started to hard pan a bit, until I tried this brush. It is the only one I have that can pick up a light dusting and diffuse it perfectly. Therefore, it’s now my go to bronzing brush. My Koyudo fu pa foundation brush works much better for foundation.

A dream powder blush. Guimauve is a true, cool pink. So delicate and watery. The pan is small but it takes forever to hit it pan as you only need a light hand. If you want that watercolour effect, I do recommend investing in a good Japanese brush.

I’m a Surratt junkie. This highlighter has a drier consistency so goes on lightly, but emits the most gorgeous twinkle of light. It’s not really sheeny and it doesn’t have a shift like some (which I am happy about). Just a soft sparkle without being glittery. Lasts forever! I sort of wish it didn’t so I could justify another shade, but the pink is very soft.

Wow. I love this little palette. The concealer is quite tacky but blends nicely. I prefer a lighter concealer as I don’t struggle with bags, but like some brightening so Chanel Rose Correcteur has my vote there, but the lavender powder in this palette is the best powder I’ve ever used. I also have By Terry and Chantecaille blurring powders and this is so much softer and less powdery. Beautiful!

The most amazing sparkle and no issue using on waterline. I’ll never not have this in my bag.
