Hiya! I haven't been on this for adges, I sort of abandoned this account. But anyway,it isn't much but its taken patience. My natural hair is now about 5/6 inches or so and to get it to be quite healthy looking ive been:putting my hair in plaits whenever I can and not washing at every day. Ive been using rainforest moisture shampoo, conditioner,hair masks and coconut oil from the bodyshop. (Their also good for good brushes) I haven't touched hair straighteners,hair dryers or any heated things and using cool water for washing my hair. So yea that's what ive done and its helped a lot. :-)
Almost A Year Of Hair Growth..

from late October to early December. Its only about an inch, but it feels like so much more for me! It feels like gold is growing from my scalp. Ive been that desperate for my natural hair for a long time now. My dyed hair feels so tacky but i dont want to dye over it with brown dye as that feels like i havent worked for the hair i want, it feels like cheating in a way, and my hair is severley bleached my dyed hair would only get worse.

Ive been looking for more kinder and less chemical shampoos and conditioners and i found this; Banana conditioner from the body shop, it was 4 pound and it smells so nice, it also has honey in it which is great for hair health.
