Lovelorn is my first and favourite Mac lipstick. It is the perfect punk for an office setting. I feel like the beautylish swatch does not do it justice! Definitely check this colour out for a solid everyday lipstick.

I don't understand the love!

I've had this palette for 4+ years and I never use it! It's super chalky and hard to blend. I look at other peoples swatches and wonder how they ever got these shadows to swatch that well. I never got any quality pigmentation out of the Burning Heart palette. I know yellow, red, and orange are hard to make/work with but at least you'd think this purple would be okay. Unfortunately, these live in my "never use" drawer :(

Works, but not the best coverage

I would only use this foundation on days where my skin needs minimal coverage. I work in an industrial plant so having a foundation that's not going to melt off my face working outside near 100C reactors is good. It's a casual foundation, but you need something for it to stick to. I apply it over Hourglass's mineral veil primer and spray my brush with MAC Fix+ to make sure it sticks. If you don't do anything, you'll have minimal coverage. I attached a picture of me wearing it applied with Fix+ (not sure if I used the Hourglass primer).
