Nice color, but...

I love the color of velvet teddy, I think it would look good on any skin tone. However I'm not impressed with the formula of it. It's a matte shade but I feel like it's a very strange type of matte formula. The staying power is not good. You need to have well moisturized lips so that it can apply smoothly.
