Powders are Meh
I really like this palette but I don’t love it. The creams are gorgeous and blend beautifully. The packaging is perfection. However the powders leave much to be desired. They are a chunky glittery mess. I use the Sonia G sculpt 3 brush for highlight and its still a mess. Wish these were better milled then it would be perfect.
I did not know I needed this
This is the kind of item you do not know you need till you have it. Its so USEFUL! Great size, fits comfortably on the hand, easy to keep clean. Very multi purpose tool, its a great having this palette. Dropped one star because the acrylic join that that connects the palette to the strap is scratchy, almost unfinished feel to the edges. If you put it on carelessly/quickly you will scratch yourself. Otherwise a solid, purposeful, product.
The hype is real
I did not think the brush would make a difference in the application of bronzer and powder products but it DOES! It a lays down product beautifully due to the shape of the brush head. The bristles taper perfectly to lay an even application. There is some light shedding, but that is expected of the Japanese style of bundling brush hairs. (expect shedding). Well packaged, no misshapen bristles, and holds its shape after washing. Lovely quality brush.
Impressed with this brush
I am so impressed with this brush, its excellent. It the perfect balance of firmness and gentleness (bristles) to be the best smudger brush. Its firm enough to use it as eyeliner brush with my powder shadows.* Its so easy to do a wing liner with this brush and powder shadows. Its gentle enough to use on my lash line without making my eyes tear up. Its dense enough to use with cream products. Overall very satisfied with this brush.
* I do have large, round eyes and lots of lid space*
Great Upgrade on Builder 1
I LOVE this brush so much, it is a much Better brush then the builder 1. I hated Builder 1, it made me angry to use it. LOL!, it was much to soft, however Builder 2 is awesome. Its dense and firm and a great shader/packer brush. It blends out cream products beautifully and easy to clean. Love this brush and very happy with the purchase.
