I have a negative comment...love the products and the buying process is quick and easy. Returns...not so much. I had to return an item because it was the wrong color. It was easy to get the return label, took it immediately to the ups store, thst was nearly 2 weeks ago and the package was sent from San Diego to San Francisco and has not been received yet. Spoke to customers service and was advised that it could be 10 days before my account is credited. That makes it nearly one month. The packaging is cute and the marketing plan is ok but I will no longer be a customer. Amazon is the benchmark and thst is where I will spend my money. Terrible customer service. I will spend my money elsewhere.
