Beauty Product Reviews

If you're looking for a very soft bronzer brush, try this one

This bronzer brush is so much softer than Sonia's Sculpt one. This brush is very plush very full and feels amazing on the face. But performance wise I prefer Sculpt One. This one doesn't pick up the product as well as that brush and the result is much more diffused. I think the Niji Pro comes closer to Sculpt one so I'll pick that one up later. I do love this brush though. It's a great brush and I love it for powder application as well.

These are my all time favorite brushes from Sonia G

The hair quality and the bundling, the functionality all is superb. These brushes deposit the sheen from Suqqu blushes in a way that no other brush in my collection does. I thought I wouldn't like or use the small brush very much. Boy was I wrong. It is amazing for blush. Love the bigger brush so much as well but if I could buy backups of the small one I would for sure. This set is simply amazing.

Another great brush by sonia G!

I bought this for undereye concealer. That's not what I use it for though. I use it to put thick cream eyeshadow base on my eyelids. It is so perfect for that. If these have been open for a while they get harder and more difficult to use. Not with Sonia's jumbo concealer. It grabs the cream with ease and deposits it evenly on the lid. And as I am cursed with eye eczema, softness is a must and this brush is incredibly soft. Love it!

My favorite foundation brush!

This is hands down my favorite foundation brush. It is silky soft and buffs in the foundation so incredibly well. I have some foundations/thick bb-creams that can look cakey if they're not applied well. No more with this brush. Everything is buffed in with perfection. My skin looks polished and I'm done in a few seconds. This is truly an amazing brush.

Beautiful brush, soft bristles

This is a beautiful soft brush. Small as well. I love small dense brushes that blend well. It just is not my favorite blush brush. I prefer the way some of my other brushes lay down the color. For very pigmented blushes I prefer my round squirrel brushes. For hard pan blushes I prefer my koyudo saikoho brushes. Don't get me wrong it is a great brush, just not one I reach for all the time. I would not repurchase it if I lost it. I wish she would release her face two brush with the handle of the sky/pro-line. I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

Love this set so much!

The older I get the more I love short handles as the distance between me and the mirror decreases every year I age. When I use long handle brushes I sometimes poke the mirror. They're also very handy when you're traveling. This set is beautiful. Love the dark brown wooden handles.

And as always I was surprised by the brushes Sonia manufactured. I thought I would not like the powder brush. That it would be flimsy. I was so wrong. LOVE that brush. It is such a great face brush. I wish she would bring it out in a single version. It is so versatile and so soft. You can used it for powder, blush, bronzer. The small round brush I love for cream/liquid bronzer. Eye brushes are the same ones as in the sky set but I love to have an undyed version of the jumbo blender and the mini booster now. Only the flat definer I'm not a big fan of. I'prefer a pointed round brush for lining/precise application.

This little brush is one of the most used brushes in my collection.

When I ordered it, I was a bit in doubt if I would use it much. Boy was I wrong. Since I bought it, I use it for so many purposes. For highlight, for powdering under the eyes, for a soft contour, for very pigmented blushes I want only a wash of color from, for quickly sweeping some color on my eyes. It is so versatile, so soft and airy. I use it all the time. Now I think of buying a backup as I love it so much.

Good!

Niacinamide is good for eczema prone skin so I was happy to try this. I use it after I put on the hyaluronic serum from good molecules. After that I use a light moisturizer during the day or a more heavy moisturizer for the night. Both serums work very well together. But I can't use the niacinamide every day or even twice a day like I use the hyaluronic acid. I use it once every 2 or 3 days now and see if I can build it up from there. It does work very well. I can see a difference already on the t-zone where I apply it most and my skin looks more even, but if you have a reactive skin like I do it is best to start slow and work up from there

Sensitive skin act with caution

First time I used this my skin reacted so bad I washed it of again. Second time I used it very sparingly (2 drops for my entire face and neck) and put a lot of moisturizer over it. That was better but this is not a product I can use often. Too harsh for my skin.

Love it!

I have very sensitive, eczema prone skin and this works wonders for my skin. I use it twice a day on damp skin before moisturizer or another serum. I can even use this around my eyes and apply cerave eye cream after it. Skin around my eyes is the most reactive part of my skin and this works beautifully. No discomfort, no reaction. Just hydration. Very happy. I hope good molecules comes out with ceramide serum soon :)
