False eyelashes in a tube!

This mascara is incredible. The brush is slightly course, and you need to give your lashes some tough love if you want to make your peepers look wide and sparkly. I'd recommend curling before, and possibly using your every day mascara first, wiggling at the base, before going the whole hog with this product. (I use Max Factor Masterpiece Max.) This is simply because when looking for the false, wide-eyed effect, you need to layer and quite honestly I wouldn't want to waste a brilliant mascara like this one. Teamed with a slick of black liquid eyeliner your eyes will look amazing.

All the brushes you will ever need!

Although expensive, these brushes are a godsend. They don't shed at all. Easy to take around, and as Molly C mentioned, they are similar in terms of quality to the Ecotools brand. However you do get a whole bunch (18) of gorgeous brushes in one set, and the quality is fab. If you're not familiar with the uses of each brush they are clearly named at the base. Keep them clean and treat them well!

My go to lip pencil, a definite staple in my makeup bag

I have this pencil in numerous colours but I chose to review Whirl because it is so versatile with different skin tones, as well as lip shapes. I would recommend using this not just as a liner, but as a primer or to fill in the whole lip as the colour is quite neutral. Gradually built up it gives a lovely mink-light beige/pink colour and really fills out the whole lip. I took off half a star though because they simply aren't long enough!
