Good facial hygiene, drinking LOTS of water and then for makeup I use full face primer, a color correcting palette for redness/dark circles, Revlon Colorstay Foundation in Buff & Revlon Colorstay Powder in Light/Medium. Hope that helps!

this is so nice!!!

Here's the breakdown of what I did
1. Prime/prep lid (Too Faced Shadow Insurance w/ NYX Jumbo Pencil in Milk)
2. Shimmery Neutral color close to your skin all over lid. (Second link)
3. Using big fluffy brush, sweep a med. warm brown above your crease (1)
4. Using small fluffy brush sweep burgundy in outer V area in small circular strokes and blend inwards (2)
5. Deepen crease color with dark warm brown using same small fluffy brush & technique (3)
6. Using an small stiff angled brush, draw a straight line under your lower waterline in a dark warm brown. Curve the line away from your tear duct slightly (3). You may need to smudge it a bit with your finger or smudge brush
7. Line your upper lash line with black liner 2/3 of the way in then go over with dark brown/burgundy shadow (4)
8. Line your lower waterline with NYX Milk going into and away from tear duct and under your outer eyeliner
9. Take a clean fluffy brush and blend out any harsh lines

Here are pictures of the shadows I used for reference:
