I used a white nail polish base, acrylic paints, and a makeup sponge, and finished with two clear top coats.

Great job! I don't currently have the right stuff to do this. Upsets me. Haha. Painting my nails is a very relaxing thing for me. Gives me time to think... that and I don't mind the smell either :) haha.
