Candace L: You can get this look by painting a makeup sponge applicator with 2 or more nail polish colors. You press the wet makeup sponge on your nail after you've painted your nails white and they've dried.

I did a purple coat than only at the bottom did the but and while it was still wet too one of my flat brushes and edge it out
