Comic nails
you'll need polish, newspaper or comic clippings, and rubbing alcohol. start by painting your nails and letting them dry, then take a small dish or cap of rubbing alcohol and dip one nail in it for 15 seconds, then take your clipping and gently press it on your nail for about ten seconds and peel off. Throw a top coat on, repeat on each nail and done:)
