Ion Brillance Brights in Azure

Used Loreal's Quick Blue bleaching powder with a volume 30 developer, then applied Wella's Color Charm toner in T10 pale blonde, and finally, Ion Brilliance Brights semi permanent in Azure.

Update: have shampooed it twice since having the color put in and some spots on the sides are starting to fade. Very little bleeding while washing, and no color is left behind on the towel, unlike the pravana purple I have used, which ruined countless towels and tshirts, and I would have to wrap my neck in Saran Wrap while drying and styling it or else it would stain my neck all over again, and for two weeks after having it applied I would wake up with pinkish purple streaks on my face and arms that were nearly impossible to remove 😑
