Thanks!! I'm living in france sorry for my english ^_^ my type hair is 3c/4a. I make my own hair cream (because industry products is too chimical >_<) and I apply this every two days on wet hair to curling. I Wash my hair one time in week. if your scalp is great you can try the no poo ^_^
