I use the carmen set. you wait until the set is warm enough en put the rollers in your hair. you can take big or smaller sections, I take big sections of my hair, so I have bigger curls. then you wait until the rollers are cold. you can do your make up or watch the tv. later you put the rollers out your hair, combing your hair a little bit and spray some hair spray in your hair. and now you are having perfect curls :)
