Oh and Yes! I eat healthy. I'm a dietitian..I know a lot about nutrition and stuff. But sometimes a piece of chocolate or a pizza etc.
Is surely ok. But not often.

I'm jogging as often as I can...let's say every second day. and I make sit ups every morning and every evening.
But I don't count my sit ups, I just do it as long as I can.
