Rimmel London Scandaleyes Water Proof Eye Kohl
These new eye kohl's are very creamy. I recently bought these at my local Walmart for about $3.67. I must say they are very comparable to the MAC eye kohl. The nude pencil is very creamy and blend able as well. The black pencil I'm kinda skeptical about it because it has specs of glitter. But over all very black and intense. Love them both 💛
