2) paint all nails black
3) paint 4 nails with a matte top coat
4) paint the remaining nail with a clear top coat
5) while the nail is still wet, use a damp cotton bud to cover the nail plate with silver nail gems, ensuring not to leave any large gaps
6) finally add a clear top coat to the remaining nail
