I use two coats of OPI Road house blues as a base, then Yoga ta get this blue, Austin-tatious Turquoise and Summer & Shimmer, all by OPI too to do the gradient nail with an eye shadow spong applicator, I have a tutorial on my blog, but it's in french, so ask me i you need more details :) http://www.fillesetfutiles.com/2011...
