Blue Eyes.
make blue eyes pop by using purples and browns. This look (for a prom my sister went too) uses clean skin and soft shadows to make a simple look that made her ice blue eyes pop. I used a soft brown shadow on her lid and a plum purple liner on her lash line. Giving her a simple clean look for prom.
