shimmery blue and gold look

this look is great for a night out or if you are just in need of a dramatic look.
1. Apply Nyc jumbo eye pencil in white all over your lids.
2. Take a blue Nyc Roll On Shimmer and dab it a couple of times over your lids.
3. Blend the Jumbo Pencil with the glitter.
4. Wait until the shimmer dries.
5. Then take any gold glitter eyeliner and line your upper lashline.
Since this eye makeup is so dramatic, I went with a nude lipstick and a light gloss.
