I absolutely adore this look! Is there a base color under the glitter? Will you be posting the names, brands, and the best way to apply? GORGEOUSLY HOT!!!

Thank you! I used MAC "Glam" red lipstick, then applied Eye Kandy Cosmetics' 'Bubblegum' glitter over it:)
