absence of eyeliner? you don't see the giant wing there? if there is one thing i always over do it on, it's eyeliner. but yeah, bright colors always tend to look really tame on me, especially when blended and diffused like this. thanks!

Sorry I meant water lined... eyeliner on the water line.. and no liner on the bottom lid, like.
I just love your eyeliner wings so I most defintiely noticed it ;D
