Black & Orange Halloween Nails
I used E.l.f nail polish.
STEPS
1- paint nails orange, 2 coats
2- once dry (no sticky) wet a makeup sponge and squeeze the water out of it
3- paint black nail polish on the sponge and dab on, you may need to apply nail polish more than once on the makeup sponge
That's all!! Enjoy !
