Gel Eyeliner to Fill in Brows

I've been running low on my brow mousse from Tarte, so I thought I would try this dark brown gel liner from Napoleon Perdis Cosmetics. I love the way it applied! Made defined lines with my angled brow brush, and would be possible to create a gradient affect as well. A good technique if you have gel liner around and run out of your regular brow products.
