I used a bright red nail polish color in the L.A. Color nail polish. One coat of that, then do a topcoat over. I used nail pieces that i got at a drugstore and then i while the topcoat was drying i stuck them on. After you do that, put another topcoat on, just so that makes the pieces stay on the nail.
