I've been told I have very steady hands... my suggestion for you is to use liquid liner and/or felt tip liner and drag it across the roots of your lashes (think of your lashes as a ruler for the liner). You can also try dotting on the liner, then connecting the dots. The Lime Crime liners I used for this look have a really fine precision brush that makes application really easy -- one doesn't even need surgeon hands :))) Hope my answer helps!
