Didn't work for my skin
I have oily skin not really sensitive but acne prone and I use clinique's #3 toner but I like trying new things so after I saw a couple of youtube videos and read some reviews about this product I decided to purchased it and give it a go.
Unfortunately, this produc just does not work for me. The price is ok, a little pricey for my taste but not too expensive. The scent is fine doesn't really smell like anything. The clear bottle reveals a clay powder at the bottom 1/3 of the bottle that you are supposed to shake until it blends with the liquid before you apply.
After just one use I broke out but I know some people say it gets worse before it gets better but I used it a few times and the break outs did not improve but got worse so I stopped. I went back to my clinique and after about a week the blemishes were gone. Now I have an almost full bottle just sitting there :/
Perfect but pricey
The other day I got an email from <a href='http://beauty.com' rel='nofollow' target='_blank'>beauty.com</a> saying I was one of five winners of their weekly facebook giveaway and I would be receiving a BY TERRY Baume de Rose . I was beyond excited as I had been wanting to try this balm for over a year but could not get myself to buy it as it retails for almost $60.
Now that I have used it for a few days I can review it. The packaging is cute but elegant and refined. A 10g / 0.35 oz. pot in a pink and silver box contains a multi-protective, nutri regenerating SPF 15 balm with a subtle rose scent that you can use on your lips or your cuticles as the instructions say.
I love the consistency, smell, packaging, everything but the price. I really like the way my lips feel and you only have to apply it a few times a day. They also have a BY TERRY Baume de Rose Crystalline Bottle which I think its more practical for on the go.
I think now that I have tried it I won't be able to use other balms so I am pretty sure I will be splurging on this from time to time as I think a pot will last a few months. The good thing was that I got to try it before having to buy it so had I not liked it I wouldn't have been disappointed.
Great foundation
I don't wear foundation on an every day basis but rather on special ocassions only. This is the only foundation I own although I have tried quite a few. I have oily skin and this foundation leaves a matte effect on my skin and the fact that my skin looks flawless when I wear it is the best. Definitely worth the price.
My go to toner
I just absolutely love this toner.. it is my favorite and no matter what else I try I keep going back to this every single time. This toner is for oily combination skin.. I have oily skin but I find that #3 works better than #4 for me. It does what its supposed to: remove dead skin and prevent break outs as simple as that. Great price and generous size.
Great for concealer
I actually don't use this product as a foundation but rather as concealer. I really like it as it blends perfectly into the skin and the wide variety of colors guarantees you'll find the perfect one for your skin tone. I use it all year round and have been using it for years now.
