Nice shimmer for over 35 crowd, and is buildable

I had been looking for a shimmer that I can use on my 35+ crowd for a while, that wasn't obnoxious or over the top, and I definitely found it in this. I do have to lay down a base to help the product last longer, but I would do that with any shimmer anyway. This definitely does what I want it to do.

As opposed to some of my other shimmers from other brands that I have, this one is not overly metallic, but can be layered over enough to give a very metallic finish. It's definitely buildable. Also makes a very nice cut crease.

Must have curler

I think this is probably the best curler that I've ever used. It's so big that you can get really close to the lash line with it, without pinching yourself. I also dont notice as much lash kinking with this one. I find that the curl does stay longer with this curler, as opposed to others Ive used. I have at least 3 like this

Steep price, but worth it

I love this brush. The price is a little steep, but I can justify that, by the fact that my other Kevyn brushes have held up so well over time. I've had some of my Kevyn brushes for years; since the beginning; and they've just help up so nicely. I'm expecting the same from this one.

What I like about this brush; the bristles and the way the brush is taperd. The tapering really does make foundation application easy. It's also so soft.

I can use this brush with any type of foundation; liquid foundations, as well as cream, and powder foundations. Most recently Ive been enjoying it with powder foundations on my younger clients. Despite the fact that it is very big, I can still fit it under the eye easily touch up there a little as needed. I could easily use this brush everyday.

Must have powder brush

Big fan of Kevyn brushes. This is by far one of my favorites. The brush was actually designed to be used with the Kevyn Aucoin Gossamer Loose Powders, and that's how it was pitched to me. I did buy it with the intent of using it only with those powders, but this brush has quickly become an all around powder favorite of mine. It picks up powder really nicely, and much like my other Kevyn brushes, Im sure will last a good long while. I did buy another just to have as a back up. It doesn't fab out crazy, and is really well made. Love this brush. It's a must have for me.

Love these

As far as I know this product is either discontinued, or is going to be discontinued.

That said, I love these. I know not everyone did, but I do enjoy these; especially champagne and titian. Interesting thing about these, I was given my first one as PR and it had dried out, so I thought it was a dry product to begin with. When I went to repurchase the color, and grab a few others for my kit, I found out they were meant to be a wet product. Very unique texture to them. I will say, I kind a like my dry one, as much as my wet one. When I was buying more of them at the MakeUp Show this past March, I did buy another extra of Titian just to let it dry out. Very wearable and they glide on nicely.

Little bit goes a long way

Have been using this for so many years now. Im a mixture of SX01 &02. A little bit goes a very long way, and I do think you sometimes need creative skill to blend; based on whatever skin type is using this. I use it on clients a lot. It's not a product that I personally can wear everyday. It will clog my pores, but I do wear it to events a lot. Again, can't stress enough, the key to making this product really work for you, is blending.

Splurge that was well worth it

I bought this on a whim. I'm fair skinned, and my undertone and bronzers don't always get along. Good amount of bronzers are either fall orange, o oxidize to orange, or fall really muddy and give that dirty look. In this one, the colors looked right, so I decided to splurge an give it a go, and Im so happy I did. This has been my go to bronzer and blush for a few months now. The bronzer colors are just the right colors for me. Did splurge some more an buy a backup because I know Im going to be sad when I run out in a few months. Definitely loving this one. The blusher in it is also very nice

Probably my most favorite highlighter

Starlight is probably my most favorite highlighter for myself. Discovered it backstage at a fashion show a few years back. One of the MUA's said I needed a little something extra for the makeup I was wearing and she swiped this one me, and I loved it. I dont always love the way highlighters look on me and Im not a heavy cheek blush girl. This highlighter I find, just brings some extra life to me, and I now always have it on hand. Truly, one of my favorites
