Punchy Two-Tone Eyes
We love the idea of using two different shades of eyeliner to really make the eyes pop. Here, on Ebony, we kept everything in balance by opting for a simple, subtle look on the complexion plus a pop of color on the lips.

Fierce Full Brows
A little more subdued, Scarlett's look is all about her fabulous full eyebrows. In order to keep the emphasis around the eyes, we used natural colors elsewhere and kept the rest of the makeup minimal.
