Its useless !

I bought this a year ago and just tried it <a href='http://twice.It' rel='nofollow' target='_blank'>twice.It</a> made my lips more chapped !! I totally regret buying it cause though it smells nice and all,it didn actually repair my lips but made it worse !! So i switched back to my Vaseline Lip Therapy !!
