Better than most

As a glitter addict I like these types of liners for easy application, but having tried a few cheap ones I didn't find that the quality of Urban Decay's version was worth the price.

The pros are: it doesn't budge once it's on and is buildable from a subtle glitter to a full-on disco ball effect.

The cons: takes a few layers to appear even, as the same with most glitter liners...

Good For Layering

I have the black glitter eye crayon by Barry M and must say it's a good product when layered either underneath or over the top of something. I like to use it as a base if I want to do a gothic or grunge-inspired look with just a hint of glitter, but you need to use a powder shadow over it or it just creases and doesn't set properly. I also like to use a little over the top of black pencil liner. Creamy consistency and decent pigmentation, but when used on its own I found it doesn't have great staying power.

108 Degrees is HOT !!!

I bought the shade "108 Degrees" from this collection ('Flirtatious berry pink with specks of micro glitter') and it is by far the most amazing colour of pink nail lacquer I've ever had - and I've been through a lot of them. Amazing depth of colour, high-shine, really pretty shimmer and doesn't chip until about 2 weeks of wearing it even withou a top coat ! Fantastic, I'd recommend these polishes to anyone.

The best drugstore reconstructor on the market !

Anyone out there who bleaches their hair to a pale, silvery blonde like I do knows that it takes A LOT of maintainence to keep it healthy, soft and shiny. Hairdressers advise that the best way to do this is to have deep conditioning treatments to help rebuild the hair structure. But, let's be serious - who can afford to have a costly salon treatment every fortnight ? This product has been a complete lifesaver (or should I say hair-saver) for me ! The instructions say leave it in for three minutes, but I like to leave it for a couple of hours. After washing it out and blow-drying, I find that it really makes a difference ! My hair feels silkier, is more managable and smells fantastic after I use this. Using this every fortnight helps it to keep a glass-like shine. They give you a lot in there for £5 too, I can get 2 treatments from one bottle. I have nothing bad to say about this product - I couldn't live without it !

Rich Pigmentation, Excellent Quality

I genuinely think these may be THE best eyeshadows I have ever used, in my opinion they are even better than the likes of MAC and Urban Decay. They are very highly pigmented – a little goes a long way, believe me –, have a smooth, velvety texture and are very easy to blend. Also, they have incredible staying power. I used a mix of shades (Machine, Fatal and Spectre) to create a smoky purple cut-crease look on my eyes before going on a night out. When I came back in the early hours of the morning, my eye makeup was smudge free and looked as if it had been freshly applied ! Amazing ! Although eyeshadows from this brand are expensive at £15.50 each, they are well worth it. In my opinion you definitely get what you pay for. I would more than happily buy them all for my personal kit if I could afford it !

Value For Money !

What I really, really liked about this foundation is that you only need to use a tiny amount – it goes a long way ! It has absolutely maximum, opaque coverage which I found great because my skin is pretty bad. It covered up all redness and little acne scars effortlessly. I would suggest stippling it on with a duo-fibre brush for a softer, more airbrushed finish, as I felt applying it with a normal foundation brush made it go too thick on the applied area and difficult to blend out. It can be challenging to work with if you don’t moisturise before using it, particularly if you have dry patches on your skin as it tends to make these stand out more. A downside to Rich Liquid is that, sadly, I found it actually FEELS thick and mask-like on your skin I had really bad breakouts from wearing it. Also, it takes a generous amountof powder to set it properly. Overall, this product does do what it promises – it has the best coverage out of any foundation I’ve ever used, and one 30ml tube of this for £21.50 is great value for money ! It might be expensive, but it’s high-quality and it will last a long time.
